We are proud to share that our 29er riders Henric Wigforss and William Drakenberg have successfully represented Sweden at the Youth Sailing World Championship 2025, held in Vilamoura, Portugal, finishing in an outstanding 5th overall position.
Competing against the best youth sailors in the world, Henric and William delivered a consistent and determined performance throughout the championship, confirming their place among the top international teams in the class.
This result is a perfect way to close a demanding and highly productive season, following months of focused training and development within the Gold Winds 29er Program, under the guidance of our Head Coach and Co-Founder, José Manuel Ruiz. Their progression reflects the commitment, discipline, and teamwork that define our approach.
Now, with the season completed, it’s time to look ahead and start building towards the next chapter.
